Registration
The registration fee for
the conference is $60.00 if you Pre-register by mail before and
including September 26, 2026. After September 26, 2026 (late) you must
register on site and the registration fee is $70.00. Student
registration is $35.00 both early and late.
You must
pre-register to be assured of obtaining a ticket for the Friday evening
banquet as space is limited. A few tickets for the banquet may be
available on a first come first served basis for conference registrants
beginning October 8, 2026 at the reception. Price for the banquet is
$35 for registrants and $25 for student registrants.
We encourage you to pre-register for the
conference or the conference and the banquet by using one of the
registration forms below:
If you do not Pre-register you can always register at the conference
on Thursday, October 8, 2026 from 6:00-8:00 PM at the Reception held at NMSU Museum(Kent
Hall) or Friday October 9 between 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM and on
Saturday October 10 between 8:30 AM -11:30 AM at the NMSU Corbett Center
Auditorium.
